Accessibility Statement

Artistic Construction LLC wants every visitor to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology. This page explains what we do about that and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our standard

We build and maintain this site with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our target. That work includes:

Text and background colors chosen to meet AA contrast ratios.
Descriptive text alternatives on images that carry meaning, so screen readers can announce them.
Pages structured with proper headings and landmarks, so you can move through them with a screen reader or keyboard.
Forms with labeled fields and error messages written in plain words.
A layout that works at mobile sizes and when you zoom the page.

Where we honestly are

We check our work as we build, but we have not had a formal third-party audit, and a site this size will have spots we missed. When we find an issue, or you point one out, we fix it as part of normal site upkeep rather than letting it wait.

If something is hard to use

Nothing on this website is the only way to reach us. If a form, a calculator or a page does not work with your setup, call (678) 613-3424 and we will handle the same request over the phone, or email info@artisticconstruction.biz and we will get back to you. There is no part of doing business with us that requires this website.

Tell us what we missed

If you hit an accessibility barrier on this site, we want to know about it. Email info@artisticconstruction.biz with the page address and a short description of what went wrong, and what browser or assistive technology you were using if you know it. We read every one of these and will respond.
