The part nobody sees, done right.
Spread, continuous and pier footings, formed and poured to the engineered spec, with the depth, width, rebar and bearing the loads above demand. Plus footing repairs on existing structures.
Foundations & footings
Usually the part that matters most.
The footing is the part of the project nobody sees, and usually the part that decides whether everything above it holds. We pour spread footings, continuous footings and pier footings, and repair failing footings on existing commercial structures.
Every footing is formed and poured to the engineered specifications: proper depth, width, rebar placement and bearing capacity for the loads above.
Built to the print
Where the load goes.
Depth & Bearing
Excavated to the engineered depth and bearing soil.
Rebar Placement
Reinforcement sized, placed and tied to the print.
Formed & Poured
Square, level forms and a clean, monolithic pour.
Footing Repairs
Underpinning and repair for settling or cracked footings.
How it goes
Layout to pour.
Scope & Bid
Review the structural drawings, check soil and access, return a bid.
Layout & Excavate
Stake the layout and excavate to the engineered depth.
Form & Reinforce
Forms set square and level; rebar placed and tied.
Pour & Inspect
Poured to spec and checked before anything goes on top.
Good questions
Foundation FAQ.
Do you follow engineered plans or provide them?+
Both. We pour to your engineer’s stamped plans, and we can coordinate the engineering when a project needs stamped drawings.
Can you repair a settling footing?+
Yes. We assess the cause of the settlement and underpin or repair the footing so the structure stops moving.
What about soil conditions?+
We know Cherokee County soils. If conditions don’t match the geotech report, we flag it before we pour, not after.

Often handled together.

Share the structural set and site details and we’ll return clear numbers and a schedule.
