Estimates and cost calculators are not quotes

This is the most important thing on this page. The cost calculators, cost guides and any ballpark ranges shown on this site are educational estimates only. They are generated from typical figures for this region and cannot account for your site conditions, your selections, structural realities, permitting, or current material pricing.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a binding price, and nothing here creates a contract. A real price comes only from a written proposal we prepare for your specific project after we have seen it. Do not budget from a number this website gave you.

Requests you submit

Submitting a form starts a conversation; it does not book work and does not obligate either of us. We aim to respond within one business day, but a submitted form is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm it directly. Please give us accurate information, we estimate from what you tell us.

How we contact you

When you submit a request, you are asking us to respond, and we will, by phone, email or text at the contact details you gave us. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to texts. Marketing email is separate and entirely optional: we only send it if you ticked the box asking for it, and every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link. Our Privacy Policy covers this in detail.

Reviews and feedback

After a project we may email you once to ask how it went. Public reviews you choose to post on Google or elsewhere are governed by that platform's terms, not ours. Feedback you send us directly stays private; if we ever want to feature your project or your words on this site, we will ask you first.

Our content

The text, photography, project galleries, guides and calculators on this site belong to Artistic Construction LLC. You are welcome to read, print and share them for your own project planning. You may not republish, resell, or use them commercially without our permission. Our project photographs are of our own work.

Your content

When you send us project details, photos or plans, you keep ownership of them. You give us permission to use them for the purpose you sent them, preparing your estimate and doing your work. We will ask separately before featuring your project publicly.

Third-party links

This site links to other sites we do not control, suppliers, manufacturers, our social profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or never offline. Pricing figures, availability and service areas change. If something here looks wrong, call us, a phone call beats a web page.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Artistic Construction LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits our obligations under a signed construction contract, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Artistic Construction LLC is a licensed Georgia contractor, GA Lic. #RB102478. Licensing and insurance details are available on request.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Cherokee County, Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
